Nice , could use some updates, the rug in the living room was pretty dirty. Cleaning could have been better, altogether we had a great time.

First time ocean city

The property says large enough for 9. We had 7 people including children and the condo was tight for cooking, eating and seating area. No way to spread out a whole lot. Thankfully we were only on the 2nd floor as getting an elevator daily was almost impossible. Parking was limited to 1 car in the garage and we had 2 cars. Needless to say it was hard to find available parking during the week even paying options and we are in our 60s. Yet there was plenty of room on the 2 top floors of the condo garage and even after asking we were told no company rules during a holiday weekend. We arrived june 28 and left on july 5. The views from our condo were excellent and access to the beach great. Linens and towels were provided which was helpful. I would recommend if a small family and only 1 car.
