「First room 503 had issue with lights n power , went to front desk and they help change room to 404 and then stay was great ! Love bench view even though weather was not great .」

「Room was beautiful, staff were friendly. Room was overall clean however some of the furniture cushions were stained from prior spills. Bed mattress was very uncomfortable, didnt seem to have a box spring or supportive platform under it. Pillows flat and very uncomfortable. . Linens and towels were good quality. Room phone did not work. Staff removed it but did not return with a different phone as promised.」

「The appeared to be a little rough around the collar, not as professional as most places. However, the stay itself was good. The rooms are nice, as are the amenities such as sitting room with fireplace. The breakfast in the morning was quite terrible some items being overcooked others items being cold. The wine and cheese from 5 to 6 was a very nice gesture, I enjoyed that. Also loved having the wonderful fireplace on the rainy night.」

「Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Canal side Inn. So did my furry companion Frankie, who was well greeted by the owners and other pets alike. Guests were equally friendly, those with 2 feet. The room was lovely for a single traveler and dog. 「Staffer's were courteous, respectful, and extremely friendly. Breakfast was second to none and hospitality was superb. House keeping was excellent with daily cleaning and garbage disposal. Although, my wife and I don't drink alcohol, the bar tenders were very friendly. The front lobby/waiting area and the reading room with the fireplace was absolutely stunning.
