  • We rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25.

    Welcome to the beach! This unit has been updated and redecorated to feel like your home away from home. It comes complete with a natural setting to relax and enjoy the ocean views from your private balcony. All kitchen conveniences are included - ice maker, blender, griddle and stockpot. A Midtown location provides a less crowded beach and yet you remain close to countless amenities. The first floor locale means minimal steps and the dune crossing at 70th Street is handicapped-accessible. High speed WiFi and cable are included to remain connected - or feel free to disconnect!

    Unit amenities: 2 Double Beds, 1 Queen sleep sofa, 2 air conditioners, 2 TVs, 1 DVD, WiFi/cable, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, griddle and mixer.

    Building amenities: 1 assigned parking spot and outdoor shower.

    This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Not meant for a group of 5. Thankfully had our blow up air mattress because the pull out was not sleepable. The location is convenient for going to the beach. We walked there everyday in a minute or less.

Quiet area with great beach access

Pleasantly surprised with this cute condo. First floor doesn't offer the best view, but could still watch sunrise from my own personal balcony. My only complaint was noncompliant visitors with smoking policy, had to smell smoke when out on my balcony. Otherwise had a great stay
