Outdated but clean

We had a lovely time in Ocean City. The host at this particular property only provides you with one bar of soap to share and two rolls of toilet paper, one for each bathroom, so be prepared to buy toilet paper, trash bags, and soap while visiting. The pool was also not in service which was a huge bummer and would have booked elsewhere had we known this detail, definitely an oversight. But overall very easy to use the check-in / check-out process.

Just ok

The property is as advertised and has a beach view. The check in process could have been better. It was a little confusing trying to figure out where to park as the parking for the facility has 3 separate entrances that are not clearly labeled. The room also has a smell. I thought it was cigarettes at first but it was just a musky smell. The front desk staff were nice enough to give me an air freshener. The place is clean and does not have any bugs. However, the furniture, design and appliances are outdated. If you have small children that still take bathes then you may have some trouble as they do not have stoppers for the tub. I liked the location. It is off of the boardwalk but not too far north so you are still near stores and restaurants. We were walking distance from a few good places. All in all, it was your basic condo to fill basic needs but lacks the finishing touches for comfort.
