Not to mention this gorgeous building is located on one of the most desirable beaches on the East Coast. Simply stated, there is something for absolutely everyone at The Quay.

And why choose The Quay 2102, you ask? Two words - it’s stunning. Located high on the 21st Floor, the sweeping Views of both the Ocean and the Bay will take your breath away. Upon entering, the Colors of Sand and Sea will instantly make you feel relaxed - kick off your flip flops and let the fun begin…..

Decorated with an understated and very tasteful Coastal Flair, Quay 2102 is warm and inviting. The beachy floors are reminiscent of a stroll on our famous OCMD Boardwalk, and the natural tones are so comforting. After a busy day on the Beach, you’ll love relaxing on the huge, comfy sofa and enjoying the Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi. Take in stupendous Views right from the sofa, or slip out to the Furnished Balcony, where you can see the waves crash on the Beach, and also catch a gorgeous sunset at the day’s end. Just the perfect place to begin and end every wonderful vacation day. Looking straight down the OC strip at night is quite a sight with the city lights dancing on the water.

Just off the Living Area, the Well-equipped Kitchen will wow the Chef in your family. With Stainless Steel Appliances, gleaming Granite Countertops, and everything you could possibly need, mealtime will feel like anything but a chore. There’s plenty of room for all at the Double Sided Breakfast Bar, and the spacious Dining Area is just steps away with seating for 8. Not one to cook on vacation? Take a stroll to one of many great dining venues, and The Quay is also a short walk to the Mall and other shops and attractions.

The Quay 2102 sleeps 6 and is absolutely perfect for small families or couples traveling together. Bedroom 1 has a comfy Queen Bed, and the gorgeous combination of beachy blue with pops of coral. With a Flat Screen TV and lovely Views, it’s absolutely perfect. There’s a Full Bath convenient to both Bedrooms and the Living Area just across the Hall with a Granite Vanity and Custom Walk-in Shower. Bedroom 2 is a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed and en-suite Full Bath. Serene colors of ocean and sea glass are fabulous, and there’s also a Flat Screen TV. The Master Bath also has a Granite Vanity and Custom Walk-n Shower (no bath tub in 2102). Making your way down the Hall, you’ll find a Size Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Closet, along with extra storage and work space for folding your laundry.

As you can see, a vacation at The Quay 2102 is not just a place to lay your head at night - it’s a Vacation Experience. From beaching and swimming, to family fun gathered around the ping pong tables - there’s no doubt you’ll leave this Vacation without memories to last a lifetime.

The Quay requires a $125 Amenity Fee payable upon registration. Each condo comes with 1 Parking Spot unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Only 1 Parking Spot is guaranteed.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
