Close to boardwalk

Good parking, secure and covered from elements. Cleanliness was sub par and nothing done to rectify even after reporting during a stay of 5 days. Check in details and location were to a closed office. Thankfully we tried the after hours process and checked the lock box before driving to the other office location posted on the door(all emails and communication still directed us to closed office).

Surf side 201

While I did not like the fact that check in is 4p and out at 10am, you pay for 3 nights and are jipped out of stay. Also, the living room ceiling has major water damage. It has a large crack and black mold. Upstairs ceiling is in bad condition as well. The decor is okay but outdated. It wasn’t the best we have stayed at. There is also two large sets of steps and no elevators which made it very difficult for my mother. I won’t stay at this condo again.

Horrible communication

My fiancee and I were happy to take my sons to OCMD. They both brought there girlfriends. VACASA the company that rents it out/managers it. The women called me 3 hours before check in. I had booked this place 10 months before. Called the week before. Sent an email the day before. Got no response back. During her call she says I can NOT rent to you because you have 18yrs. WHAT???? We are driving there at the time. It states that we cant rent to 18yr. Gets even ruder to me. Tells me its in the contract. Asks me in a rude tone..... well how old are you???? AGAIN WHAT??? I AM 46yr..... well you need to stay there the whole time. Well that was the plan. I get you have teens and senior week. But get better manors. Learn to speak nicely. I would never rent this place agiain. If you use this company. The place was clean and good location. The was very tight for a mini van.

Great proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Clean. All appliances worked. Lots of extras. We really didn't need to bring any cleaning materials.
