  • St Kitts 103 is a unique 5BR, 4.5 bath single floor condominium with great ocean views. Just one building back from the ocean. Enjoy beautiful hardwood floors, a designer kitchen and 2,650 square feet of living space. Large wraparound balcony with great ocean views. Two bathrooms with hall access and one half bath by laundry room. Bed sizes include 1 king, 2 queen, Pyramid Bunk with trundle, 2 singles and a queen sleep sofa. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
    Non-smoking Non-vaping. No pets, please. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
    Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25
