Great Condo

The condo was great. Lots of room with a beautiful view. Plenty of linens and space for the family and right in the beach. Location was little far from the broadwalk but nice and peaceful. Would definitely stay again

Great vacation

Great view of the beach. Enjoyed the balcony. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect for our family. If we go back to Ocean City I would stay here again.

Absolutely Awesome!!

This was probably the best condo we have ever stayed in and I'm not just saying that. Very clean, had everything we needed, and it was everything as it was described. Comfortable beds, beautiful views, plenty of room for our family of 5. The storage locker is a great bonus as well!! Great area. Close to grocery store and restaurants. I highly recommend staying and will definitely be back!

Its like you are on a cruise when looking out the balcony. Only issue was main bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable.

In the End it All Worked out But we worked for it

The unit was not very clean. There was sand in one of the beds, there was dried egg drippings on the island … just puts you in bad frame of mind realizing that you have to clean everything before you use it; not that I normally wouldn’t but the condition made you feel some kind of way (if that makes sense) (that feeling - not a vacation for me). There was no hair dryer in the upper level (main) bathroom. Kitchen is nicely stocked but with very roughly used pots and pans in very poor condition… they could definitely afford some new pots and pans. Broken patio furniture on the balcony. Upstairs Bedroom full wall windows were so leaky that the extreme heat came into the room and the dark out curtains even fluffed up for the air coming in; as such, it took about 4-6 hours of turning the ac really cold to get the unit somewhat comfortable. They definitely need to seal that entire wall of windows. The sliding patio door in the lower bedroom does not lock; when I called to tell VACASA, they simply said “Oh sorry, for the inconvenience” - Really? My daughter was sleeping down there! All this aside, how can you not love ocean city and being on the beach.

Very nice condo!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was in great condition, super clean, beds were very comfy, updated kitchen, spacious living area with a lovely balcony and excellent view of the ocean! Would absolutely recommend and will hopefully be coming back to stay here in the future (just not during biker weekend ever again lol)!

I like the view of the ocean it is really amazing

Well furnished needs to take care of the dust tough because curtains smells dust and cigarettes . Otherwise I enjoyed my vacation ,I will return definitely one day . Don’t hesitate to reserve in this apartment absolutely fantastic view .

Good location ,needs updates

Property was in a good location with the beach right outside. Deck is decent sized but hard to see the water when sitting on the deck. Unit was clean but could use updates, screen on porch is ripped in several spots so can't leave the door open. Bathroom shower door was off the hinge and we had to fix it, leaks a lot and the bathrooms are miniture. Nice new floors and somewhat of an updated kitchen. Overall clean but building is older and needs updates as well. The dog next door, the owner of that unit, barked nonstop. Wrote to the company and received no response. It says no dogs but I guess owners can, just an FYI. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in unit. View from bedrooms are of the bay but overlooks the parking lot and main road, not horrible though and it was stated on the listing. I do love the 2 floors, my daughter and friend stayed in the lower floor bedroom that has a bathroom. Gave privacy for them. So overall it worked but I have stayed in better and would probably skip this one the next time. Staff at the check in counter - not so friendly.

Amazing sunrises and sunsets.

Don't let the spartan exterior of the building, the rusty grocery shopping carts (you'll see) or overcrowded and slow beach elevator deter you from staying here. Unit 1007 was recently refurbished and beautiful. The beach front two story condo with views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay was perfect for my family of 5. Amazing sunrises and sunsets are in order. The indoor pool was a nice break from the crashing waves. The check in an check out process were both seamless. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Great off the boardwalk place

Was a great place to stay if you want something still on the beach but off the boardwalk, the room was really nice and surprisingly more than I realized. Easy access to the beach too.

My family and I had a great time In unit 1007. The unit was very clean, new appliances, and it had everything we needed. The distance to the beach was perfect! And the pool was perfect for a late swim. ** Some NEGATIVES - WiFi was not include** the description and the Vantage representative said WiFi include. I didn’t appreciate being lied to. They claim the building has WiFi- this is untrue. The WiFi never worked. The service/beach elevator was also very busy. A bit hard to lug up and down your personal items. Also the back patio closes early. We went down around 9 pm to sit in the back to relax but security said the doors are locked? Not sure why.... This is a fair price for what you get. I have to say everyone we interacted with were very nice. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
