This condo was great..close to the bay, beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Great water view off balcony was very quiet location and the decor was very beachy! Overall everything was great will definitely stay here again next visit to O.C

Check-in was easy and well equipped kitchen! Beautiful home on the bayside. We had a great stay! Bathroom should be updated with the toilet seat cushion and bathtub creaking, feeling like I would fall through the flooring.

Great location, quiet area even during in season. Plenty of space for the 3 of us in our stay.

Great location and neighborhood. But the furniture is uncomfortable and very outdated. Cobwebs in bathroom. One shower is so small and no water pressure and hard to control water temp. Microwave didn’t work but was replaced next day. Master bath small and dingy. Holes in toilet seats which are padded. No storage for food. Washer sounds like you are moving furniture around. Overall maintenance of home not good. Would not stay again for this price. Friends stayed in same complex for less money and had nicer interiors.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

Great location, we brought our bikes and scooters and didn't drive our cars the entire time there. The space was perfect for our group, kitchen was stocked for cooking and it was clean. Communication with the company was great too, we ended up extending for an extra night and that was easy to coordinate!

Clean and quiet

Nice spot on bay. Quiet and safe area short walk to beach. Essentials kit provided was nice and lasted us for a long weekend. Could use some upgraded mattresses but otherwise furniture clean, kitchen stocked, thermostat and TV worked.

Everything was great. Really enjoyed the location. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. Kitchen had everything we needed.
