Nice oceanfront unit

Nice oceanfront condo at a good price. Close to restaurants, near Fenwick Island Lighthouse and State Park.

Great!

A cute condo for a family getaway. We loved the pool and the comfy deck furniture and the short walk to the beach. The only downside was the glare from the porch light in the bedrooms at night.

Extended our stay

My friend and I just returned from a weeklong visit. Actually, eight days; we extended our stay by a day. We loved the condo. It was very clean, great amenities, and a very nice balcony with an amazing view. Will definitely return.

Great Condo

This is a very spacious and nice condo with a beautiful oceanfront balcony. It had alot of closet space, plenty of seating throughout, and comfy balcony furniture. Having 2 bathrooms is always a plus for us. There are luggage carts to help get your stuff to and from. It's nice to have 2 parking spaces that are easy to get in and out of. There is a pool and tennis courts and easy access to the beach with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, beautiful view

We had a really pleasant stay at this home. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was thoughtfully supplied, which made it easy to prepare meals without needing much else. You could tell the homeowners put care into the space. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and the overall ease of settling in. It was a smooth, enjoyable visit, and we’d be glad to return next summer.

Perfect Location!

We loved the location of the building, the plentiful parking, the short walk to the beach. We loved how quiet it was -- we rarely heard any noise from Coastal Highway. And having the dunes right there below the balcony made for lovely evening happy hours.

Nice condo, great location

The condo is in a great location with plenty of reserved and free, street parking. Condo is spacious. Only the hallway is a little tight with the luggage cart, so watch how you pack it! Good water pressure and hot water! Could definitely use black-out curtains in the bedrooms. The outside lights shine right in over the beds. Wonderful balcony. The mosquitos were bad, so bring bug spray or candles for outside. Would rent again.

Nice view and close proximity to the beach. Queen bed was on a low frame, basically sleeping on the floor. Thin mattress added to the discomfort. No coffee table by couch in TV room. Chairs at dining table looked like they were bought at a 1950’s yard sale. Light outside the one bedroom made it seem like daytime at night, suggest heavier curtains in that room.
