Nice when you want a four bedroom for a large family, but for the exorbitant price, you would expect a working washing machine (didn’t work till day 5), all the TV remotes, no ants, A/C that got to 69, etc. Hell, an oven mitt (we bought one and left it). No mention of any credit or alternative solution for our troubles. Disappointing at these prices.

Ceiling leak

There was a smelly leak in one of the bedrooms. Also the communication clearly states that a parking registration form would be emailed to the emails on file. I had talked to multiple customer service people saying that it was sent, but it was never sent.

Such a dream!

When we walked in we were all so excited! My grandchildren were ecstatic when we walked out on the balcony and saw the view of the pools and the beach! This is a perfect family vacation home. So much for kids to do! Pizza and ice cream shop in the building! Movie theater, game room, 3 pools and easy access to the beach. The home was well equipped. The kitchen, the beds, even for the beach.. had chairs and an umbrella. The views are amazing. We were so sad to leave. You will not regret renting this property!
