Room smelled like moth balls and mildew, the remote to the tv didn’t work so had to go to the front desk for help the bathroom had a window in it and you was able to see out side and inside the bathroom while using

My pet wet the bed while I was away at the beach and when I asked for new sheets they said they couldn’t provide because housekeeping was away. So I had to get a new set of sheets. No microwave in the room to heat up leftovers. Found some specialized bug in the mattress and the bathroom fits half a person…

The sheets and room were relatively clean, but there are no minimally useful curtains. The light at night is no joke, as if it was daylight, and the flimsy and broken venetians did nothing. Being carton and tape with you.

Ants in the room. Shower curtain was half the size it needed to be. Mini blinds broken so anyone can look in the room. Overall dirty but cheap. Can't really complain bc the price. You get what you pay for.

The place was filthy, the pillows were dirty and stained with mold the room was smelling like mold, the refrigerator was rusted and barely working the bathroom hinges and door knobs all rusty. The front door knob was loose and wobble. The window had no curtains only blinds and lights outside property were on all night made hard to sleep with bright lights on, the ac was very loud each time it turned on. There was no water in the room the next afternoon after checking in. You could hear everything from the outside and next door guests. The price is extremely high for this place which is very nice, neither is ocean front. This is by far the worst experience I have had staying at a hotel. I never give feedback to places I stayed at but this one is total ripped off. I wished I had read the reviews before booking my stay but unfortunately didn’t spend the time to do so. So disappointing for the price I paid almost a $1k for 3 days

I arrived to the room and immediately noticed the overpowering smell of what seemed like Lysol and pest spray. The blanket on the bed felt like it had a film on it. The bathroom was atrocious....feces stains still in the toilet and very large dirty spots all over the mirror....much too large to give the benefit of the doubt that staff could have missed it. Finally (and worst of all), the room was not secure. When I closed the door behind me and locked it, you could see a sizable amount of daylight through the door. An average person could easily kick that door in with one attempt. At this point, I told the staff I did not need the room any more. He was extremely polite and professional and seemed to know the state of the room was unacceptable. He offered to reimburse me for the two nights. I realize the room was a very low rate, however I expect the room to at least be clean and safe for use.

This was the most disgusting property I’ve ever stayed in. We were appalled and had to have our room changed . We found used femine hygiene products on the floor in the bathroom. We never received clean towels or had the garbage changed.

I booked an hotel for 4th of july weekend for 2 nights and i did reserve now pay later. it said i could check in at 3 and i didnt end up getting their til 5 so when i got their they said my reservation was cancelled and that their sorry. which did not make any sense to me because it says pay later, so why would I not be able to check in whenever I would like to? I was so mad but I had to finesse my way into a room. Do not recommend 0 out of 10 this happened at eight other people as well. then after I’m done with the boardwalk around 12am I was walking to my room and one of the owners asked me if I wanted to take a drink and I’m like I’m OK and he kept asking me and asking me and he was kind of following me to my room. I shut my door and locked it so quick I do not recommend this at all..

The staff was very friendly. Rooms could’ve been cleaned with a little more care by sweeping under things, when I moved the bed a little there was left over chip crumbs and dirt from other guests but the cleaner was very quick to get us a broom, bathroom was quite small and wouldn’t be suitable for a plus size person, the shower was quite small as-well and i couldn’t move around without touching the shower curtain and walls. Air conditioner worked great and the tv worked well with lots of channels. Mini fridge was included in the room. There was no microwave in the room so we had to walk to the lobby to heat everything up which was a little inconvenient.
