Cute unit but upgrades needed.

The vacation management company is not that great either. Although the unit was cute, the bldg amenities are lacking compared to other properties near by. Not worth the cost.

The condo was cute but needs a few upgrades for the cost. Both screen doors were broken but rhe kitchen was nicley stocked. Suggest high top seating for balconies as the railings block the beautiful view of the ocean with the current seating. The smaller bathroom as a strange smell when the fan is running. Again, it's a cute condo but overpriced for what is provided. The biggest issue was the vacation managment company provided all the wrong information via text and app.

Great location and BEAUTIFUL rental!

You will NOT be disappointed with this rental. We had two 14 year old girls with us and this was the perfect set up. I know that people complained about the kitchen being properly stocked, but we didn't have any issues. There was a bag sitting on the counter with dish washer tablets, Tide pods and dish soap! I was nervous about the neighbor walls of the balconies, but I never saw a neighbor. Hearing the ocean waves as I read my book, was a true vacation. This was, by far, our favorite rental to date!

Just fine. No internet, Noisy

We have been staying in this building for years and just love the layout! This is such a lovely old building and the feel is homey. I love the Century I signage as you walk up the stairs. It's perfect, especially with teens. This unit did leave a little to be desired. One of the biggest issues (especially with a kid taking summer courses, and us needing to check into work) was that the "Internet" was atrocious. Yes, there was "technically" internet, however, it was massively throttled. Speedtest returned a 0.1mbps download speed rendering it completely useless. Lack of internet IS a big deal. The kitchen is not well stocked and we needed to go to Walmart and get a few things for basic cooking. Although, there is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig making both coffee drinkers in the house very happy, The addition of the towels and sheets, along with a goody bag with some dish soap, 3 dishwasher pods, 3 laundry soap pods, garbage bags, and a roll of paper towels was a nice addition. The bathroom also included 2 bars of soap, a spare toilet paper roll, and a hotel-sized mini shampoo and conditioner. However, the place was a bit dirty. There was sand everywhere. Some sand is to be expected, but a pile on the carpet and a pile where it was swept up and piled under a chair in the master was unexpected. It was even on top of the dressers. The inside of the downstairs closet had clearly not been cleaned, and I had to vacuum out the dryer so I could do my own laundry. There is a fan (not the shower fan... one not controlled by the unit) in the ceiling in the bathroom that was extremely loud in the master bath. This was reported, but, it made for a not-so-great night's sleep and I didn't get the feeling it was a concern. The balconies were nice, and had nice furniture, but they clearly had not been swept in a very long time. The water was very hot and we didn't run out with 4 people showering which was great! The TVs were large and cable was clear. There aren't really views of the bay, but that was expected given it was 3rd floor (for that bedroom) with no balcony (I mention this because the description says there are beautiful bay views.... but not at that low level) Overall, it is fine, just not what we expected for our experience. The people in the office were VERY nice.

Our favorite unit in century 1

We have stayed in many of the units in century 1 over the years, but this one has been by far our favorite! Everything is updated and it is family friendly. I didnt mind that it didnt have a bayside balcony. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if there were dressers so we could have unpacked our suitcases. There were 2 end tables with 2 drawers each but not enough room for our stuff.
