“This beach house has it all. LOTS of beds. Enough bathrooms with showers that we could all get a chance to shower each morning. Comfortable great room. Kitchen is very well stocked with all kinds of dishes and appliances. Close to the beach, an easy walk over. Outdoor areas nice (deck, fire pit, and hot tub). Quiet area, and the parking is wonderful for big groups. I think we had about 10 cars easily parked in the parking area. And, to top it off, the management team was very responsive through……

“We spent three nights at The Grey Gull. Even though this property has been there for years, it has been well maintained. Our ground level, end unit was spotless with a good amount of space for our family of two adults and two children. The kitchen was well stocked and the queen size beds were so comfy. The expansive lawn bordering the pool and jacuzzi just outside our sliding door was a wonderful open area for the kids to run and play. All in all, it was a good value and we had a great……

“Nice, neat little unit, decorated nautical/mermaid style. Everything is clean and in good working order inside, and organized grounds with hot tub, playground, pickle ball court outside. Clear self check-in and check-out instructions and direct communication opportunity with management during the stay. Two grocery stores nearby great for refreshing supplies. The only notable disadvantage was the thin walls with noise clearly audible from even a well behaved smaller company, let alone a larger……

“This beach unit was just as described. The location was excellent and very quiet. The unit is small, but fine for a few days and only 3 of us. There was good storage space and lots of light in the unit. Bring your eye mask though if you want to sleep in as there was alot of light in the morning too even with the drapes drawn. Unit was very clean and bathroom and one bedroom are large. We didn’t use the TV or the stove, but all other appliances were good and helpful to have ( frig, microwave……
