“We loved our stay here. We brought our toddler and 2 teenagers and everybody had a great time. The location is incredible, just steps from the beach and a few mins walk to all the rides on boardwalk. Even tho it was so close to boardwalk the cottage was super quiet and peaceful. The beds were really comfy. The whole place was spotless and the hosts were very accommodating. It comes with beach passes too which was handy for our family of 5. Highly recommend staying here. We will def be back next……

“Being so close to the beach and other activities, the house was perfect for crashing after a long day in the sun. Beds were comfy and evenings were quiet. The parking was tight but not impossible. Very cute and comfortable would stay again.”

“This little bungalow was at the perfect location at the entrance to Island Beach State Park. It was clean, cozy, and convenient to the Boardwalk and all the popular barrier island dining and tourist spots. We will not hesitate to come back!”

“This clean cozy cottage was just right for our family of 4, and just as pictured. Easy walk to the beach, and within walking distance to the center of Lavallette. Nice little deck in the back with a surprising breeze to relax on after the beach. This was our second stay, and the hosts have beem great both times!”

“Getting in was super-easy - keyless entry, and it worked without issues. I had a couple moments like at the store when you can't find something, and then you ask, and it turns out the answer was so obvious, it's a little embarrassing that you asked, if that makes sense. Communication for these moments was excellent. My 8-year-old said he wanted to stay there forever, which was cute though a little concerning. A side note, beach access is a little further than a block unless you use one of the……

“The house was great, very open allowing us to comfortably spread out after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio is great plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Location was a short walk to the beach not difficult at all to cross 35 to get there!!”

“Daniel runs a great property in spring lake, 5 minute walk from the train, cozy with the essentials (beach chairs and badges) provided for. You can spend the entire trip without need for a car if you like to walk. 10-12 min walk to beach or 10 minute walk to town. Very safe, residential neighborhood. The only reason we’re knocking this to 4 stars is because there was a power issue (took out some of the lights but all the essentials including AC remained active) and cleanliness (unit could’ve……

“We stayed at this property over Easter weekend 2024. The rental was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach which had a well maintained boardwalk which made for easy walking. Short drive to numerous restaurants in Belmar and Asbury Park. Very nice and spacious private bathrooms with walk in showers adjacent to each of the 3 bedrooms. Nicely handicap accessible. Slight issue with the listing indicating a hot tub as an amenity but this was admirably……

“Great little beach house only blocks from the shore! Perfect for a long weekend. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Host was great and easy to work with. Only complaint was lack of cleaning supplies. We have messy kids and the house didn’t come with basic cleaning supplies. We needed to improvise a broom and dustpan! Minor stuff, not even enough to knock it off 5 stars!”

Our littles were close to the Master while our older two had their own little space on a lower level. Cooking was simple as everything we needed to prepare dinner was provided.
