「Thanks for a lovely stay, we enjoyed our time at the house which catered really well for our large family. Maureen was helpful and assisted with our booking promptly. Good uncover parking and plenty of street parking also.It's a short walk- under 5 mins to the supermarket, chemist and shops which was helpful in terms of ease of access.Thank you for a lovely getaway :) 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property so close to ocean grove town center.The house is luxurious with a great vibe and has everything you need for a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and sitting outside on the wonderful deck. Watching the sunset from the balcony, relaxing in the Egg chairs. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.」

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
