The Space:
Experience contemporary seaside living in this modern four-bedroom home, perfectly blending convenience with a spacious design, set amid a sought-after lifestyle spot. Imagine being able to walk to one of the region’s most beautiful beaches in under 5 minutes; this is relaxed holiday living in a premier walk-to-everything location.
Designed for effortless beachside enjoyment, it's moments away from a bustling café and restaurant ambience, boutique shopping, serene riverside walking tracks, and one of the coast's top surf beaches. Barwon River caters to fishing, swimming, SUPing, kayaking, and walking the shoreline. Adventure Park is a great day out with the kids - just 10 mins drive away.
