This stunning property offers 5 cozy bedrooms and 5 bathrooms designed to provide comfort, convenience, and unforgettable memories. Start your mornings with breathtaking OIB sunrises from the ocean-facing rooftop sightseeing deck, offering incredible views that are simply unforgettable. After a day of beach adventures, cool off in the outdoor shower and unwind in our private hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars.

This home is also located in "The Resort of OIB," which grants you access to an oceanfront pool, private beach access, private bath, and crab dock, all within a short walk from the property. To make your stay as easy as possible, we provide all linens and bath towels so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip.

Each of the 5 bedrooms is easily accessible by both elevator and stairs. Enjoy preparing meals in our large, open kitchen designed for family dinners, and relax in the expansive living room, ideal for family game nights. Retreat to the cozy den with a wet bar for a quiet evening drink, or fire up the propane grill and cook your family's favorite meals while enjoying the ocean breeze.

Outside, you can head to the bar area to enjoy a refreshing drink and play cornhole after a fun-filled day at the beach. BEACH ACCESS: To reach the closest beach access, come out of the driveway and turn left onto West 2nd Street, then make another left onto SeaTurtle Path, and the access is within a few minutes walk.

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.



CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any administrative fee, credit card processing fee, cancellation fee, and any associated taxes on said fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
