Great place to stay by the beach. We will definitely be back. The property manager was awesome and in touch with us from day one. We appreciated the extra attention. Great stay!

Location is great. Property is dated

The location of this house is absolutely amazing. Very close to the beach. Communication with the property managers was good.Well, you were disappointed with the state that the property was in. It is definitely dated and needs some updates. Hot water heater only allowed for one 15 minute shower. The keypad didn’t work consistently. The house smelled musty. Floors felt unstable.Even with all of our concerns, the property managers were good to work with and try to accommodate us to the best of their ability

Long Walk to the Beach!

First impression was quite poor. Garage entrance is dirty and ill kept. Bedrooms quite small, mattresses desperately need replacing and the sheets were scratchy! It's a good 300 yards to the beach thru saw grass and prickers. My pup refused to walk it and we didn't enjoy it much either. Too long to carry chairs down to the beach. Bathroom is tiny and tight but water was hot.That said, the kitchen was well equipted and we enjoyed the hot tub. Overall, it was less than we expected for the premium price we paid.
