“It is the ideal spot. The pictures on VRBO, depict exactly what the place looks like, plus it is sparkling clean. Restaurants, stores and beach all just minutes away. Room has a nice set up and serves perfectly as an efficieny room. Has a small fridge to keep drinks cold for the beach and leftover restaurant meals fresh and ready for warm up in small microwave. Jana & Jeff were great hosts! Jana was quick with replies to any questions. They were congenial and attentive and at the same time……

“Very clean, very new. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. The only complaint is that we couldn’t figure out how to work the dryer. It wouldn’t stay on no matter what we did and management didn’t respond to our calls. Other than that, we were very pleased.”

“The house was very close to the public access and walking distance to two restaurants. The cleanliness was top notch and Michelle was very responsive and helpful.”

“This condo is great for large families. Well equipped with all your kitchen needs. Comfortable and well maintained accommodations with easy access to the beach. The owner responds to all communications quickly and great to work with. The next time we head to North Topsail Beach this will be the condo we will rent if available.”

Our 2 sons and their families wanted to get a house close to the beach and make a vacation out of it. We found this house and it was perfect for our family. The house was set up where the kids had their own space downstairs and my husband and I were upstairs. Then we had a meeting area on the same floor. We had 2 decks to hang out on. The beach was an easy walk with a private access across……
