The Executive Townhouse is a corner unit with 12 ft. ceilings and panoramic views. It is 2 levels with 2 BRs (3 beds + sleeper sofa) and 1.5 baths located above a corner shop.

The private entrance is on the second level of the grand breezeway with pool views. On the lower level of the unit, the open kitchen, dining room and living room have French doors opening onto 2 private balconies.

On the top level are 2 bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed and a full bathroom.

Great condo and fabulous stay! The unit was brand new and impeccably clean with a very cool style. Location was perfect for us. Steps from Washington Ave, and we walked to everywhere we wanted to be downtown.

Unit is upstairs. Beautifully designed and decorated spacious brand new two story townhouse with two private balconies. An additional large covered open ended mezzanine overlooking both the private cocktail pool and public park area are just outside the front door. Large downstairs is an open concept common area. Spacious kitchen island with multiple seating. Two generous sized bedrooms with large closets. Three large TVs in the unit. Well equipped with essentials. Full sized washer and dryer upstairs. Location is a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. No golf cart needed. Dedicated off street parking space. A real plus. Very responsive host. Perfect for train lovers who don’t mind the occasional horns of passing locomotives. The place is so nice and the location is so wonderful that we’ll stay again.

My wife and a friend stayed at the executive and came back raving about how great it was. They couldn’t stop talking about how nice everything was and how great the space was decorated. Location to town was awesome also. They walked everywhere. I messaged Jonathan and he recommended some great places to eat. Over all 10/10!
