- Discover the perfect getaway at Bethany Bay Resort Community, where you can enjoy a wide range of amenities including a 9-hole golf course, basketball and tennis courts, nature trails, a playground, and a refreshing pool and hot tub. This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit offers front and back porches with spectacular views and extra windows for an abundance of natural light.
Experience ultimate comfort with recent updates including new master bedroom furniture and mattress, and brand-new living room and kitchen furniture. The condo has been freshly painted and features new tile and wood laminate floors, granite countertops, and a large flat-screen Smart TV. The delightful "Sun and Sand" color theme throughout brings the beach vibe to life.
Please note, linens (sheets and towels) are not included, but can be conveniently rented locally from Sheets at the Beach or Coastal Beach Services.

Great stay near Bethany Beach
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The property is great and was conducive to us bringing our two dogs and we were able to take them for nice walks throughout the neighborhood. Restaurants and stores are also within a short distance. I would definitely stay here again
