"Appreciate the updates since we stayed here last! Bedding and sheets great and appreciated beds/rooms were already made up!House was very clean and organized. Had everything needed except shampoo.Price was very high but we booked last minute on 4th of July week so were glad to just get here and expected the high rate.Location is great. "There are several things we liked about this property: 1) Location: it's convenient and in a nice residential area, a bit away from the busy central part of town; 2) Nearby amenities: a variety of quality restaurants/shops/cafes on route 26; 3) House: it's a nice, clean cozy place. The fenced-in backyard was great for playing fetch and running around with our dog. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience for our family (2 adults, 1 kid and 1 dog)."

The location was fantastic—close to Bethany Beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything else we wanted to do, while still being in a peaceful area.The host was friendly, communicative, and made everything easy from check-in through checkout. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Bethany/Ocean View area!"

"We enjoyed our stay--quiet place, not far to drive to the beach or kayaking. The table on the patio was lovely for dinner and breakfast. And we really appreciated the dog-friendly part. Our only problem was a toilet overflow. We called and texted but didn't get clear responses so lost some time waiting around for a repair person who never appeared. Things happen, but it seemed communication got a little mixed up."
