We had a wonderful time at Beach St Retreat , it was tastefully decorated! The host has thought about everything from fun stuff for kids to fully stocked kitchen. She was responsive as well - replying to the queries we had within minutes . Kitchen was amazing ! We were able to cook all three days in the kitchen for a family of 6. The game room was a bit hit for my 11 and 7 year olds. We loved the location - despite the early morning train whistle! There is an occasional smell in that area in general , but didn’t bother us much. Our trips around Pismo beach, Arroyo Grande were all short drive away, and access to good restaurants close by. We didn’t try the Mexican restaurant opposite to the house, but it’s convenient if anyone wanted to stay in. Overall great location and wonderful home to spend our holidays at.

The home is very clean and the host is very attentive to any questions you have. The game room is awesome so we had plenty of entertainment. You will not be disappointed in staying in this home.
