Unassigned parking for one car is available in the open parking area (spaces are shared with the other units in the building). Additional street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This rental does not have air-conditioning. A space heater is available if needed.

This unit is located on the second floor, accessed via one flight of exterior stairs.

THE LOCATION

Walk just 200' from your front door to relax on the beach. You'll also enjoy prime access to the oceanside hiking trails at Oceano Dunes Natural Preserve. Local restaurants, including Old Juan's Cantina, await within a 10-minute walk.

Other local attractions include the Oceano Train Depot (1 mile) and the Monarch Butterfly Grove (2 miles). Golfers will appreciate being just 2 miles from the Pismo Beach Golf Course.

Drive 16 miles to San Luis Obispo to find upscale restaurants and wineries in the historic downtown district.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
