The Ironman race introduced logistical challenges and a fair bit of disruption to our weekend plans so it would have been helpful to know that this event was being hosted in Oceanside so we could have planned accordingly beforehand. “Nice condo, but the description is a little misleading. It’s a corner unit at the back of the complex near the street and railroad tracks. There’s also a fake lighthouse that flashed the windows until 11pm or so. The noise and light didn’t bother us - we were on the beach or in the pool 90% of the time. It was extremely hot in the unit when we arrived. Took a day to cool it off, but then it was fine. The condo was very well equipped and exceptionally clean. There was only AC in one room. Overall……
