Fresh towels and linens will be provided. The beautiful living room opens up to a deck patio that looks out to the ocean. There is also a private gated courtyard located in the back of the upper unit, great for a smoke break or pets. The downstairs outdoor seating area is shared with the lower unit, it comes with an ocean front outdoor heated spa that is shared with the lower unit. The newly constructed bonfire area with outdoor bar and seating area is right on the Strand and is shared with the lower unit. This area sits right on the Strand. A shared BBQ also comes with the property. This home is steps away from the ocean on the Strand in Oceanside. The Strand is the boardwalk of Oceanside Beach and is the most popular location in coastal San Diego. You will find yourself within walking distance to many great restaurants.
