THE VIEW
Enjoy this ground-level beachfront cottage. You'll be thrilled with full ocean views from the front bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Wake and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of ocean surf. Come enjoy the beautiful outdoor back patio with adjacent lawn and incredible ocean breezes and spectacular sunsets.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The custom remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel sink, a breakfast bar, and generous storage cabinets. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining room table seats 6.

LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample seating locations with a comfortable sofa and additional chairs. The living room also has a 48” flat-screen TV that you can use to either watch cable or a Blu-Ray/DVD. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The ensuite master bathroom features a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

SLEEPING
D31 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable king-size bed. You can see the ocean as you lie in bed and drift off to sleep. The second bedroom has a variety of sleeping arrangements with a Queen bed with a Twin bunk overhead and a Twin Trundle Bed underneath as well. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, cable, and ceiling fans. For the additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
