D31

This is our 4 year, this year we chose D31 because it was renovated. The kitchen was beautiful. It's our new favorite. Perfect location, easy access to pool,bbq,parking and beach. Already booked for next year🐬🐡🐟🐠🌞

Sand and surf then pool and hot tub!

Perfect location with great views, surf and beach. Pool area is also lovely. Nice to have both options. Grandkids never stopped having fun building sand castles, boogie boarding, tossing balls on the lawn , . . . And toys were all provided along with sand chairs for relaxation. Sound of surf at night was so soothing.

Great stay in Oceanside

Lots of communications from On The Sand management company gave us confidence in the property Unit was well stocked, beach items would have been a be fit had we had better weather. Lame complaints are the need for softer pillows and instructions for the TV and perhaps a larger bar of bath soap. All else was fantastic. Perhaps one warning, potential for lots of stairs

Perfect Location

The condo was beautiful, clean and very modern! My only complaint was it poured rain our last night and the sump pumped plugged, we had a river running thru our condo! The carpet in the back bedroom was completely soaked including the things we had on the floor. We called security and they came and said someone would be coming by. We used as many towels as we could just to dry the kitchen floor to pack up. We just had to pack up and leave early. No one came by to help or apologize for the inconvenience.
