Amazing

This might be our family's new favorite place to stay. Parking was right under the unit, the beach is steps away, the views from every room where amazing. We will definitely be back.

Great Oceanside stay

We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed and was clean. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

Great location

Overall the property was excellent - well equipped with towels, bedding etc. (no tea towel for the kitchen though). Fabulous ocean views from both bedrooms and balcony. Easy walk to the restaurants and shops along the beach.

Amazing - Will Come Back

This is the the third time we've stayed at the North Coast Village and this unit is the best one yet. Super clean , updated recently and well maintained, comfortable beds and furniture, great kitchen - no complaints about anything. We loved our stay and will be back. Thanks!

Great stay!

Perfect location and great views! Right in the heart of everything - easy walk to beach and pier and restaurants. The carpet was wet when we arrived from cleaning and never really dried, leaving a mildew smell during the stay. Everything else was great.

The location was great for walking to the harbor restaurants across the bridge. It was still a bit cold for swimming and overcast most days we were there but we enjoyed our stay and the scenic views. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location and view

We had a great time in Oceanside and oh what a view of the ocean. The condo was in a perfect location to walk onto beach and/ or get downtown. The NCV does an awesome job taking care of the property including landscaping/ pool/spa area. The condo had all the necessary amenities. It was clean and nicely decorated. We only had minor trouble with the tub jets not working in second bath and we opted to have maintenance repair after we left. We would definitely rent here again!!

Great Family Vacation

It was right on the beach and the views were beautiful. The beach right outside the complex is perfect for families. It had a nice big sand area for the kids to play. Some things to note about this condo: First, there are two bathrooms as stated in the description; however, each bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms. This can be an issue if you have people sleeping on the pull-out bed in the front room. There's no bathroom directly accessible from the main area of the condo. Second, there are no laundry facilities inside the unit although the rental description listed laundry in the amenities. (There may be coin operated machines somewhere in the condo village; I'm not sure.) Third, there is no air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans. Fourth, the condo is two floors above the parking garages (accessible by stairs) and there are two floors above the condo. The condo was mostly clean; however, the kitchen trash bin was overflowing and had not been taken out. After being met with the trash, it was hard to not see every other imperfection and grimy fingerprint on the doors and walls. Generally though, the place was clean enough. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, and there were four beach chairs and a few small boogie boards available to use. We had a lovely time. I probably wouldn't stay there again with our group of six adults and older teens, but I would recommend the unit for families with small children or groups of four adults.

Very clean and well kept. It was so nice to have Tupperware and everything you need in the kitchen. The resort is very family friendly and we felt very safe while there. We loved walking to the pier and checking out the farmers market along with the beach and pools. Everything is very accessible and layer out well. We would love to come back!

Lovely Stay!

Having two full bathrooms was a bonus as we had our boys there with us. Loved the views of the ocean and beach. Watched surfers a few mornings and loved just listening to the waves crash.We spent a lot of time in the heated pool, our kids really enjoyed it, and the large hot tub was great on cool evenings. The games room was also enjoyed by our kids as was the putting green.Loved the location, easy to get to San Diego for day trips.Will definitely stay here again!

A Winter Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for seeing and hearing the ocean waves each day, and a walk on the beach or the strand is just outside the gate. Even walking the grounds is delightful with the flowers and greenery so meticulously taken care of. With so many restaurants in town and at the harbor it is hard to choose a favorite. The unit itself is a good size for a family or having visitors, but could use some minor improvements in the kitchen, an oven that holds the temperature, a working can opener, and sharpened knives. The blinds in both bedrooms could use an upgrade. We had a few issues in the unit which the management company addressed quickly. See you next year!

Great location, beautiful condo!

This was our first time to North Coast Village and D112 did not disappoint! It is exactly as pictured . . . very nice!! The views were amazing! Beach and ocean views out of every window! We loved waking up to that each morning and going to sleep to the sound of waves with our windows open. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pans etc. . . probably the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we've stayed at. There were 2 big fans for moving air. We didn't miss A/C at all. Also, there were 6 beach towels and 4 beach chairs, the nice Tommy Bahama backpack ones. We really appreciated that! Honestly, it was steps to the beach and so convenient. This time of year, you have to get your beach stuff out there early to "claim your spot" if you want to be anywhere near the complex. However, we did not do that so we just had to walk a little further down the beach which was just fine. The pier is within walking distance, maybe 3/4 mile. We walked there every day and watched the surfers. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again! The kids are already asking when we can go back!! Very nice place!!

Ocean Breeze Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked my trip last minute. Completing the booking on their website was very easy. Communication started out rough. I did not receive check in information. I had to call on check in day to request the info. I also sent an email and got no response. After calling, it was all good. Check in/out were a breeze. The unit was very clean, updated and had all the basics, except spices. Their photos matched what the unit looked like. The landscaping at North Coast Village is a tropical paradise. My unit had amazing ocean and pier views out of every window. It is so easy to walk or bike everywhere. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by. On Thursdays, there is a morning farmers market and a sunset market in the evening, and are within walking distance. NCV has many amenities, such as pool, grotto jacuzzi, laundry, secure parking, gym, etc. It's nice it's located at the end of the strand and across the street from the Harbor. If you stay in the summer when kids are out of school, be prepared for alot more noise around the complex. I would recommend and I will be back.
