We came down to celebrate retirement with the whole family, units are spotless with great furnishings, close to beach and pool.

Disappointing

This property is in severe need of maintenance/upgrade. Having rented at NCV for over 28 years we have a lot of experience. This property was very disappointing. The living room walls are scared and just painted over. The bar stools are corroded and should either be painted or thrown out. The patio furniture is in bad need of repair/painting. The outdoor grill was so greasy that I wouldn't even touch it much less cook on it. The bathroom door is out of adjustment and once closed the door knob opening device is so worn out that the closure slide cannot open all the way. My wife was trapped inside for over a half hour while I got tools to allow her to get out. We found it best to just not close any doors. The passage door between the bedroom and living room also is mis-fit.
