Family Vacation

We hadn’t been to Oceanside for a few years and we were excited to back. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed to have a nice time with our family. It was close enough for us to walk to the beach each day and take morning walks for breakfast in the mornings. Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent property-Relaxing stay

The property was exactly as portrayed on VRBO. There were six of us and our family members from Austin, TX were so pleased with our accommodations. It was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

Lovely property!

Outstanding property that our family enjoyed while visiting our Marine stationed nearby. The home was exactly as described, in a lovely, quiet area still easily walkable to the beach. Garage plus plenty of on street parking. Kitchen well stocked and all the niceties for a short stay were there for us (dish soap, washer pods, shampoo, etc). Beds and baths great. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house!

Great place and walking distance to the beach. They have beach umbrellas, chairs and anything else you need for the beach. Rooftop deck is perfect for cool eveings relaxing with the family.

Week trip with adult children

We love Oceanside. We have always wanted to stay in one of the row homes close to the beach. This listing was a fair price for such a nice location. My three daughters very much enjoyed each being able to have their own room and their own space. The house was large and we did not feel crowded at all. The beds were comfy. It was such an easy walk to the beach and pier and to restaurants. We had rented a large SUV, which did not fit in the garage, but we found that not to be a problem as street parking was pretty easy to come by in that part of the neighborhood. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the rooftop deck, which was nice. I also really enjoyed the proximity to the walking trail that leads over to the harbor. The only reason I did not give five stars as I felt like the house was lacking just a few minor things. It really needed a good deep cleaning. And some better blackout curtains would’ve been nice in all of the bedrooms. I did appreciate the light and brightness the windows brought during the daytime but early in the morning, It would’ve been easier to sleep in if we had some darker window coverings. Not a big deal for me, but for some of my family members, it really bothered them. I would definitely choose to stay here again. And I would also recommend it to friends and family.
