Welcome to your Oceanside retreat, a stunning beachfront haven that promises an unforgettable stay. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence is designed for comfort and luxury, accommodating up to 10 guests. Each bedroom features plush king or queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The master suite boasts a private en-suite bathroom, while the other three bedrooms share two additional full bathrooms.

Step into the open-concept living and dining areas, where panoramic doors open to a private deck, offering breathtaking ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials provided. Relax in the living room, where a queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space.

Enjoy the convenience of wireless internet, air conditioning, and heating throughout the property. The oceanfront location provides direct beach access, and the private deck is ideal for barbecues and evening stargazing. Linens, beach towels, and all necessary amenities are provided for your convenience.

PARKING: 2 Assigned Parking Spaces in the Underground Garage

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. See virtual tour to view exactly where it is situated.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this condo with our 2 small fur babies! The condo was in excellent condition when we arrived (with plenty amenities) and the oceanfront views were spectacular, day and night! And it is truly pet friendly! I was able to get my questions answered before I arrived in a timely manner by the management team who also texted me during the stay to make sure there weren't any issues. I would highly recommend this condo since I would love to stay here again myself!

The view and location was amazing! The kitchen was shocked with supplies and appliances. The patio furniture was a bit worn and the shade cover was loaded with pigeon droppings. You could see they were trying to correct the problem with spike strips but it was not working. The jacuzzi was not working properly, it would not stay on or heat up. We notification the property management team through email but there was no response. With that being said, the view and location was worth it!

Beautiful but dirty!

The property was beautiful and the location was great, but the extreme lack of cleanliness, burned out bulbs, and a broken lock certainly put a damper on our stay. Things happen and you can’t plan for everything, but When you spend thousands of dollars on a rental you expect at least a basic level of cleanliness. Sad to say it but I would not rent this place again.

Not a ‘Luxury’ property

This property is marketed as a new construction ‘Luxury’ condo. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The WIFi was spotty and shared with three other condo units. The furniture was tired. The beds/mattresses were worn down and unfit for a good night’s sleep. The security was lax as several doors to/from the garage didn’t work or lock properly. Would never recommend nor stay at this property.

Amazing view, great location

Everything was taken care of - anything you need!! The view was spectacular, we would definitely stay in the same place again. Love that there is little/no traffic on the end of the strand. Check in, communication with property mgr was amazing. Very responsive!!

Huge, luxurious place

We stayed here with my parents and kids (ages 3 and 5). We have generally stayed closer to Mission Beach and were amazed at how much bigger and nicer this place was than the places we have stayed around Mission Beach for the same price. The rooms were all large, beds were comfortable, nice to have so many bathrooms. The unit itself is huge. We never felt like we had to tiptoe around if one of the kids was sleeping as there was plenty of space to spread out and make noise. The view was incredible to look out and see just ocean in front of us. We saw lots of dolphins without really trying. We couldn't get on the beach in front of the unit and had to walk about 1/4 mile down the street, but this was an easy walk and there was a nice play area/pier there, so not a big deal. Really quick drive to Carlsbad, which has great restaurants. Would definitely go back.

Great But Expensive

The unit was perfect. Nice bedrooms, adequate bathrooms, great kitchen and living room. The outside patio was fabulous. The make outside in doors made the views of the ocean even more spectacular. The only issue was a safety issue. If you are outside and happen to close the patio doors you are locked out on the patio. If your fellow travelers happen to be away you are stuck outside until they return or you call the rental agency or 911, or someone in another unit to rescue you. There heeds to be a handle on the outside in order to open the door.

Wow what a view

This is a great rental that has four bedrooms 4 bath . 3 of the beds are king size which is quite unusual. 3 of the bathrooms are en suite which makes it great for multiple couples. This building has secured underground parking and elevator access . The unobstructed view of the ocean is amazing. only issue was I was told they were two TVs one in the master bedroom one in the living room but there was only one TV in the Living Room. The place has the most amazing view of the ocean it’s clean, well stocked, everything was set up for us when we got there the only problem we had was trying to figure out the TV there was no instructions. It would have been helpful to know how to get local channels we finally figured it out by trial and error. The Jacuzzi was already fired up and ready for our use upon our arrival. We will most definitely be back!!!

Ocean at your feet

This is a beautiful property. The views are spectacular! Plenty of room for everyone. Handicap accessible. Close to restaurants. Wake up to walk along the beach, and you can’t find a better sunset on wide open deck. Enjoy cooking in the beautiful kitchen. A few things needed maintenance. But they are willing to accommodate. Would rent again.

Nice view condo, clean but...

Good: Condo is clean, relaxing view of the ocean and sound of waves. Full bath stuff supply. Bad: Someone parked in our spot which was supposed to be reserved for us. Unit 6 has 2 sport reserved but one of that spot is marked disabled. Created so much hassle since someone was parked there which was reserved for our unit. We were told to park for the meantime at unit 1 parking. But they came and we have to move out our car. We called the office to get things fixed. It took about 2 hours of going back and forth with the staff. How can you reserved two spot for the unit if 1 of the spot for that unit is already reserved for handicapped. They need to do something with that WiFi was so bad that we cannot even finish any movie it kept hanging on us. One of the pull out bed doesn’t have a right size cover. It is not also clear where we should put the trashes so you would see trashes that people from other unit has dumped at the garbage can by the elevator. Some people keeps knocking at our door a lot of times. Not sure why? Wrong unit maybe? The condo has so many ways for people can get in you have to make sure all the entry ways were locked. In short, I love the view, but I am not sure if I will book here again.

A beautiful place with a few issues that need immediate fixing

My husband and I, along with our teenage son and adult daughter, stayed in this beautiful condo for 10 nights. The pics don’t do it justice - the deck was amazing, hearing the sounds of the ocean all of the time, was the highlight of each and every moment. It’s a huge place, almost 3000 sq ft on one floor, so a group twice our size would be comfortable there. The furniture was comfortable and clean, the kitchen was well-appointed, and having 2 washers and 2 dryers was very handy. A few minor inconveniences: sinks very small, so not many places to put your toiletries. The bedrooms were also a bit small, so we unpacked our suitcases and stored them in the laundry room. Also, since the living area was so huge, the bedroom size didn’t bother us. Now for the biggest issue: organization/communication of how things work. The smaller issue: it was not evident how the furnace worked. We found the thermostat, but it seemed to get very cold at night (we were there late Nov, so the temp dropped into the 40s at night). All of the lights are on timed switches to save energy, so after the third night, I realized there was a switch near the thermostat which was identical to the light switches. Well - it was a switch for the furnace. An easy fix would be to explain this on the app that has the other info on it, or perhaps a note next to the thermostat explaining. The biggest issue by far though was the keypad on the door. The adults in our group have traveled and also work in offices where a keypad door means the door is locked unless you enter the code. Nothing in the literature given to us indicated otherwise. Apparently this is not the case - there is a small button on the inside of the keypad that needs to be pushed in order to lock the door. We figured this out after a homeless man (!) entered the apartment at night and walked into our daughter’s room. It was obvious he was a squatter who was as surprised to see her as she was to see him. Her dog was with her, so this helped, plus she is a very quick, street-wise woman who spoke with him and escorted him out without any other incident. We immediately called the emergency number. Finally received a text back. Someone came by to check the property and he was gone. I complained to the office the next day. They said they would include more info on how the door locks for future rentals. I hope so, bc this put a damper on what would have been a perfect stay. We learned the hard way about the lock.

Getaway during COVID-19

While the location and condo were beautiful, it was very frustrating that the owner were NOT willing to give a full refund due to COVID-19. We went because we could not get a refund, only a partial credit. We were travelling with my mother who is elderly and it was a risk we took. If they had offered a full credit I would have booked for future date to make it safe!!

Wonderful place to stay!

Overall our experience was great! Exactly as it was listed, beautiful view, and perfect welcome. Only thing that went less than perfect was that we were given all of the codes except for the front door code so that left checking in to be a little hectic (esp with a baby) and it wasn’t clear where to park. The app or check in instructions didn’t list anything about which space or how to get to the garage so that was also confusing upon checking. Lastly, the thermostat was a little tricky to find as it was bundled into the alarm system. It also didn’t turn on unless the light switch was on in the hallway so wish those instructions were a little more clear in the instructions. Other than that, as soon as we got settled in, everything was great! As long as the instructions listed are made more clear for future visitors, the stay would have been 10/10!

Great getaway

We had 4 couples staying for the weekend and it was a wonderful getaway. The home is just as nice as shown in the photos. It was clean and ready for us. We loved the easy check-in and check-out process and we had no issues while we were here. Would love to stay again in the future.

Beautiful Beachfront Property

This beautiful beachfront property was everything as described in the listing. The balcony facing the ocean with the fire pit was the hit for our family to enjoy the great sunsets. Beds were soft and comfortable, nice kitchen. Everything was absolutely wonderful.
