We enjoyed our 2 1/2 month stay. But the condo is not airconditioned. There is a single window air unit that you have to plug in yourself in a bedroom window. The condo is well located with just a short walk to the pier and beach. It's well supplied with kitchen and beach equipment. No wagon. The beds are comfortable, as is the living room furniture. The owner has too much stuff in the master closet. It's a long walk from the elevator to the condo but there are stairs close by to take to the basement parking. Checking in was OK, but the young gal doing it was rushed and didn't spend much time with us. We love Oceanside and this condo is close to much of what you want to do.
