Another great stay at NCV

The property was as described- clean and full of useful things for our stay. Lots of towels, comfortable bed, quick replacement of a broken coffee pot- great stay!

Nice location, so close to the beach. It was good to have a pool as well if you didn't want to swim in the ocean.

Great place to stay!

Nice, large property and maintained very well. The grounds are beautiful, very tropical looking. Walking distance to the beach and local businesses, restaurants. Major stores are short drive away. Would recommend to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay

Beautiful property with great beach access as well as harbor restaurants. Parking garage not so great. Very tight spaces if you drive a truck. We paid $5 a day and parked in the city lot across the street.

The condo was beatiful! Very comfortsble, had just about everything you would need. The grounds are gorgeous! Close to the harbor shops/resturants. Beach area is very nice. We had a wonderful time!

Great unit

Room was close to beach, new appliances, and fridge kept the beer cold. Only thing I would recommend to owner is adding 1 additional box fan so living room can cool down.

This complex is extremely well maintained, with great amenities and common area. Directly on the beach and Bay. Excellent security presence. Quiet area, close to restaurants and shopping. A gem that we intend to return to in 2024.

Beautiful property so close to the beach!

Everything was exactly as advertised on the website. Easy access into the parking, and walking out to the beach. Our condo was so nice and clean, and the patio has such a clear view of the ocean! Very cozy fireplace and comfortable furnishings! Loved our stay, and we'll be coming back soon!

California Cycling

Love the grounds and outlook. Very comfortable and bright. Lots of room. Was on a week long cycling trip and very convenient. Easy access to and from property to and from bike routes.

Great condo

Great condo we enjoyed our stay. Being from Nevada we have air conditioning and never realize there was no air-conditioning. We would’ve brought our own fans had we known. Other than that the grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. Having the harbor nearby was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We have owned a condo at North Coast Village for 35 years and love it. We were having family fly out for vacation and we needed more space to house our family. Someone suggested VRBO to rent another unit. We were more than happy. Everything was just as they advertised and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Everything we needed was in the condo and it was beautifully decorated. We would highly recommend this condo and VRBO.

Great family beach stay!

North Coast Village is always pleasant. This unit worked great for us. The one thing I was disappointed they did have sand toys since they are messy to pack and bulky. That would be a good things to have since many other NC units have them. The beds were great. Pack n play and other baby things available like booster set. Fans in the unit and having plenty of towels. The kitchen is newer and nice! We really enjoyed our stay!
