The air conditioning was very effective! The staff was so sweet and very great at communicating. I would definitely recommend staying here! Also, it’s like a little studio apartment. They have a free coffee bar too!

There were so many great things about staying here: location, some nice decor, spacious and friendly at a great price. We have heard things have improved in the last couple years. But just minor fix ups, a bit of painting, a slightly deeper clean in the bathroom, would really bring this up to a 5... We enjoyed staying here and are totally rooting for the place but would love to see the fix up finished.

Do not be misled by the reviews that left 10 stars. Like i was. When we walked in it felt very sketch. Although the bedding had been washed there are stains on the sheets and blankets. There are scuff marks and black hand prints on the walls. It wouldn’t take much to make this hotel feel cleaner. Simply painting walls and getting new bedding. The hotel staff was friendly and there was good water pressure and the location was good but other then that it was not great.

Great location in Oceanside! Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. Room was nice and clean, with good AC. Owner was very nice. Will definitely stay again! The only thing I missed was a coffee maker in the room.

The owners are on site and couldn't have been nicer. Location was amazing with coffee shops, restaurants, beach and more in easy walking distance. Room lay out was a bit odd but beds were super comfortable. The road out front is a bit noisy.

The room was nice. But for me the bed and pillows were to soft and the bed frame squeaked really loudly with any movement you made. The shower water pressure wasn't great. But did enough. Overall it's a nice place. Near good food and shopping. Far from the city.
