Nice place

We are a family of 4 that stayed here. Everything was wonderful. Very clean and had everything we needed. Yeah, you can hear some street noise from the bedrooms, but it never bothered us.

Great getaway!

We loved staying here and definitely want to come back. There is so much to do, the apartment is close to the beach, and had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was truly a great experience.

Fantastic beach getaway

Our family loved this condo for our beach getaway. We enjoyed become close to Legoland and spent a few days exploring SeaWorld and Balboa Park but was a bit more of a drive to get there. The condo was a wonderful haven to rest and relax and the pool was a nice break from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and the Thursday Oceanside market day axtivities

Beautiful condo steps from the beach

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is steps from the beach. It is clean and a lovely place to stay. They provided a wagon, beach towels, and chairs. The pool and hot tub were nice after a long day of playing on the beach, and the koi ponds were fun. We walked to the harbor for dinner. So fun! Will definitely stay again.

Very nice

The property was very clean and tropicalish. Very easily accessible to the beach and Marina. The only complaint I would have would be the noise from the train and occasional people walking by being very loud, otherwise would definitely stay there again.

Decent condo

Very pretty common areas. Quite a bit of landscaping is under construction. Property itself had plenty of room and a good location. Street noise is pretty loud. There's a noticeable smell in the apartment and some things could use repair(kitchen faucet is loose and moves freely during use, screen door doesn't open easily) Overall, a nice stay, could use a little tlc to make it a place I would want to return to.

Fun Stay

Property is great. The unit photos didn’t match everything exactly as shown and the floors hadn’t been mopped in quite some time. That’s the only reason for the four stars. Otherwise, a fantastic stay. Great area and unit. Easy to access. Would stay here again.

This property is nice. I wish the kitchen had some standard “food items” like salt and pepper so we didn’t have to buy it and leave it. So keep that in mind when staying here. The amenities were of the complex were nice and it’s steps from the beach. There is some traffic and the train but the noise wasn’t too bad.

Great space in a great location

Everything was wonderful. Checkin went smoothly even though we didn't make until until 1am after a late flight into LAX. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The parking space was great and very easy to access from the condo. The condo had everything we needed and great views of the ocean. The property grounds we beautiful and well maintained. We felt like we were at an all inclusive resort. The pool was a nice size and well maintained just like the hot tub. We enjoyed the location, it was an easy walk to town, but a little quieter since we weren't right on top of everything. We would stay again and if you're thinking of booking, do it!

The property is very nice. The noise is horrible from the vehicles driving by with music bumping, vehicles doing donuts in the parking lot where the cars are parked across the street, loud exhausts, screeching tires, etc and the train. It was every night.

Nice Condo

We rented this condo very last minute as the property we originally rented was damaged. This was our first time staying at this location and we loved it! The unit was nicely upgraded but really could benefit from ceiling fans. The cleaning crew needs to pay a little more attention to detail but overall it was a nice place with stunning grounds. The location is perfect. Steps from the beach and an easy walk into town or to the peir. We'll be back!

Great spot to relax

Very comfortable and bright apartment walking distance to absolutely everything. Facilities had everything we needed and were convenient however the property is currently being renovated in spots which can be noisy. Very difficult to communicate with company who manages the apartment. That being said everything was in order and we had a good time.

The apartment was clean, well furnished and thoughtfully supplied with all the necessities. Enjoyed the ocean views and the kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub. We loved being a short stroll from the ocean too. Property management was really helpful and quick to respond to questions. The train does pass by in the evenings and it is pretty loud. However, it wasn't so often to be a nuisance.
