"The apartment was great! Very clean, roomy and comfortable & the property is in a great location. Checkin was not as expected. Thought we had an ocean view but told I had booked city view. Then I was asked for my email confirming OV I received no less than 10 emails regarding my booking & not a single one mentioned what type of view the room was to have. "This is a really beautiful resort property, from the lobby and outdoor swimming area to the lovely rooms. The restaurant, Verise, was also quite nice, with outdoor seating and a bar. One amenity I really appreciated was the complimentary concierge transportation service within five miles of the resort. It makes it very easy to get to the beach, Carlsbad Village, the Premium Outlets, and McClellan-Palomar Airport. The staff throughout the resort was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. My room was quite nice, and I especially loved the wallpaper—it gave the room a little extra flair and personality. I also really appreciated the complimentary water bottles housekeeping left in the room. The plush bathrobe was another favorite! I honestly would have bought one to take home if I had had room in my luggage. The only downside to my stay was the bed. I booked a king-size bed, but when I arrived, it was clearly a queen. I brought it to the attention of the front desk, and they stated that it was a king. However, after measuring it, it was definitely queen-sized. Thankfully, I was traveling alone, so I decided to keep the room and make the queen bed work. Despite that issue, I would absolutely stay here again. It is a beautiful, clean resort with wonderful amenities, friendly staff, and a great location close to so many things to do in Carlsbad. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!"

"This was such a great experience. Online prices high at property it is reasonable and well worth the money. The staff was very sweet and kind. The front desk, the breakfast staff and house keeping were very accommodating.We will stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again! The room was very clean, the shower was huge, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We slept great! The staff was courteous, friendly, and got us checked in quickly. The location is fantastic, especially being right by the beach. There is a train that runs nearby, but honestly, we didn't hear it at all during our stay. And the breakfast was amazing! It was a full buffet with plenty of options to choose from, not just your typical grab a muffin and go hotel breakfast. By the time you factor in what you'd spend taking the family out for breakfast, paying a little extra to stay here practically pays for itself. Clean room, comfortable beds, great location, friendly staff, and a fantastic breakfast. All around a great stay and definitely 5 stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
