First I’m gonna say that the place was beautiful and looked clean. I loved the location and the convenience of having everything literally 5 minutes away. However, when you get settled in, you start to notice things. There was no TV in our bedroom so at night it was complete darkness and silence. The host informed me that the previous guests broke the tv AFTER we checked in, however it wasn’t replaced so I guess we had to suffer for that. My kids room had a tv also but that didn’t connect. If I didn’t bring their iPads, they would’ve drove me crazy. We couldn’t use the laundry service because they don’t want guests to use the washer/dryer because “the last guests broke it”. Did I mention that there was a literal padlock on the pipe? Yea. Then I was told “the cleaning lady will come and wash your clothes for you but you have to pay her”. I left with 2 garbage bags of dirty clothes because I wasn’t gonna pay no extra for someone to come and do something that I could do myself. The pool that was advertised never got used due to being dirty. when I mentioned that to the host as well, I was pointed in the direction of Mahogany beach. There was no pot cover for the pot. No soap in the half bathroom. Cobwebs all over the place though I mentioned it look clean. And let’s talk about the water that would randomly shut off after 10pm so if we had somewhere to go after that……too bad. Shower before 10pm. Overall, it was a place to sleep. That’s it.

My short vacation was indeed as lovely as my first stay,which was during Grand Market the home was clean, and accommodating Mr Henry also made sure my stay was as comforting as the first time.he checked in with me to make sure everything was in order and problem free. I will be returning here granted there is availability and if you're thinking about choosing this location for a fun filled adventure in Ocho Rios, don't hesitate as it is central to every adventure Ocho Rios has to offer.... OneLove!

I stayed at this property in Jamaica from April 6th–17th, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the downstairs toilet was broken and overflowing.This issue was not addressed until about 8 days into our stay, after I requested it be fixed more then once. The water in the house stopped working almost every night. When I raised this concern, the host dismissed it by saying that this is normal in a Caribbean country. I’ve been to Jamaica over 30 times and have never experienced ongoing water outages like this, so that explanation didn’t reflect my experience at all. Basic supplies were not adequately provided. We were given only one garbage bag for a two-week stay and 4 rolls of toilet paper for six people, which is completely unreasonable.We were also not allowed to do our own laundry. Instead, a woman was sent to do it, but when she arrived, she didn’t even have laundry detergent, and the process took about 6 hours.The house was not cleaned once during our stay, and maintenance issues were ongoing. The front window leaked every time it rained, adding to the frustration. I reached out to the host to express my concerns,hoping for a resolution, but the conversation turned into an argument. I ended the call due to how it was handled, and the host then blocked me, which I found very unprofessional.Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, communication, or basic functionality. I would not recommend this property
