“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”

“El apartamento como en las fotos. Todo en general muy limpio. La llave no abría y cerraba, había que pelearse con con ella hasta conseguir que girará. Llamamos a nuestra llegadas las 2330h, el teléfono solo está operativo de 9 a 21h, nadie nos ayudo. La reserva era para 3, el sofá cama no estaba abierto ni hecha la cama. Llamamos por la mañana para solicitar late check out, nos dijeron que no y que dejaramls la llave en la caja de la entrada. No hay luggage store disponible ”

“the flat was clean, tidy and well-equipped. it's in an excellent location, only about 15 min walk from Krakow's old city. there are a couple of supermarkets nearby, along with a coffee shop (excellent pastries), an Indian restaurant (recommended) and a Vietnamese restaurant/takeaway.
would definitely stay at this flat again.”

“Lovely apartment in a quiet area but close to the station and not far from the main square. We were lucky to get in early to the property which was sparkling clean. Very safe and I recommend the local cafe near the apartment. If staying on the sofa bed I recommend an eye mask as the blinds don’t keep the light out. I loved the nespresso coffee machine too. Would stay again”
