"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The bell hops were our first impression and they were extremely kind and helpful. The check in process was smooth and seamless. The rooms were clean and spacious. We asked for turn down service everyday of our stay and had to request this be done on multiple occasions however it was always taken care of quickly. The pool area was clean for the most part and had a lot for the kids to do to my surprise. However there is no lifeguard or attendant on duty and there was a lot of aggression from children on the water slides. Front desk had to be called a few times by parents. Some parents even stepped in to help the flow of the slide use so the smaller kids didn’t get hurt. Our first day there our daughter had a contusion from coming down the slide and because there was no guard another child came down right after her kicking her feet from underneath her. Making her face hit the side of the slide. Needless to say that was not a good experience however was dealt with care. Aside from that the food from K bistro was just okay. The drinks were expensive but strong. The breakfast buffet was great but get there as early as possible or it becomes mayhem! The AC must stay on in all spaces or the floors become dewy and slippery. Stroller delivery was a breeze. We used kingdom strollers and had no concerns. Check out was just dropping keys at front desk. Again overall we had a good stay!"

"Communication if there is a problem. There were problems with door keys the day we checked in. Got there early to try to get early check in but because of the issue we sat all day and didn’t get checked in till the regular check in time. We were not aware of the problem until they said our room was ready then they told us about it. It was aggravating."

"For having 6 people in the room it was very spacious. The housekeepers were very good. Suggestions are 1. hang more towel racks, only one for 6 people, 2. Put a clock in the master bedroom, 3. A draw in master room would be nice. Overall excellent"
