“I booked as a solo traveler for a concert in Apopka. The Apopka amphitheater was right down the road, and the next day I enjoyed Kelly Springs. Such a convenient location in a beautiful small town. Super comfortable bed and cozy space. Hosts are very kind and helpful as well. I would love to stay here again anytime I’m going to be in the area!”

“The house is clean and they keep it smelling nice. I only came for work. I worked nights and really just wanted a place to sleep, but I did like the atmosphere of the house. If I ever come to Orlando on vacation, I'll keep it in mind. ”

“The villa was very clean, it was in a quiet community. The private pool was amazing. It was very relaxing for my family and a baby. Only downside was we had to go out and buy more toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, and a large fan. Some of the rooms would get pretty warm since the AC can’t be set past 74. But, overall it was a nice stay! We would stay there again in the future!”

“The interior of the house is nice, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However the description of the outside, front and backyard needs to be more accurate, it’s not inviting, no curve appeal. The location is on a main street a 20-30min walk to the downtown attractions however is a 5-10 minute drive with ample available parking. Communication with staff was friendly and responsive.”

“Was not in a nice neighborhood. Homes around rental looked very run down.Close to Sanford Airport; alot of jet noise.Washer and dryer smelled moldy. Towels smelled moldy. Dryer had to go through 3 drying cycles to dry the towels.The back door has no curtain/blind or frosting on the full door of windows with no privacy. I was not given check in instructions. Had to contact host for them. Never given checkout instructions.For the price I paid, not worth it to me for 3 nights we stayed there.”
