「First off the place is very nice and is located in a beautiful location near the lake. I don't like giving negative reviews. It has great potential I just believe that whoever the owner is paying to clean and prep the place is dropping the ball. Upon arrival the place wasn't very clean. There were used to Clorox wipes laying all around and the rug hasn't been vacuumed. The listing showed that soap and shampoo would be provided and it wasn't. Luckily my son had brought some. 「This is a very nice property, the condo is very nice - clean and very quiet. There is a very nice pool with the lake on both sides which wasn't crowded, and the marina to rent boats is within easy walking distance. Other residents are friendly and willing to help out. Sisters Restaurant is a great place for breakfast and close by. To find the condo, you will enter through the North entrance. Drive straight ahead, down the hill, then look for the Ketch building which is signposted from...

「The condo was in excellent condition! Very clean with all the extras you may have forgotten! Well stocked kitchen, cookware, dinnerware, silverware, covered dishes, regular cooffe maker and keirig. The lake is beautiful with a wonderful lighted path. To chilly for swimming but excellent opportunites. The fitness center is not incuded but for a nominal fee it is a great addition!」

「Beautiful condo with spectacular views. Well appointed and on wonderful walking trail. Enjoyed golf, shuffleboard, bocce ball and fishing. Great location! Spent a day at Biltmore Estate, which was an easy drive. Would highly recommend.」
