The lady who helped me to check in can speak fluent English. I especially love that the lounge provide the free drink and snacks. There is a good place to talk, read and relax

Superb service. Comfortable suite with nice bath tub and rain shower. Superb food at the French restaurant. Beautiful bay view. Perfect way to start the day. The small library lounge is relaxing and offers free refreshments. The roof garden is very nice also. It's expensive but worth the money.

Staffs are good services and helpful restaurant and meals is delicious.

We came all the way from Macau. This is the 3rd time I came back to Toba International. And I am still planning for my next time. Anyways, this time I brought my family altogether 11 persons with seniors 70-91 and a baby that just turned 4 months old. We had a great time. The staffs are very nice and friendly and willing to assist in every way. Just the stairs from Ocean Wing and Harbour Wing needs some attention, but my 91 years old grandma was able to go up and down several times a day.

The hotel is located at the top of the hill, you may have to walk for about 10-15 minutes from the Toba Station. Please reach the hotel staff for the shuttle bus timetable prior to arrival. The hotel is very tradition yet tidy, and the staff showed great hospitality to the guests, really appreciated! The food and beverages are also impressive, you may try the local sake and shochu at their restaurant.
