"Excellent location, accessible to shops and restaurants. It’s got a lift for visitors with luggages to easily reach the hotel entrance from the lower ground. Hotel is well maintained and room is spacious. However, the outdoor onsen of the male side was closed on our day of visit. We asked if we could pay to use the private onsen, the front staff just said “no” and didn’t explain why. But other than that, our stay is wonderful. The kaiseki dinner and the breakfast buffet were both nice."
