The area surrounding Saksild Strand is characterised by its proximity to nature and cultural highlights. The child-friendly sandy beach, one of the best in Denmark, invites you to sunbathe and take a stroll. You are not far from the many attractions of Aarhus, including Tivoli Friheden and Aros, which can be reached in just over half an hour by car. There are also small, cosy villages and local restaurants in the region to keep you entertained. Saksild Strand combines relaxation with exciting discoveries, bathing fun and bird watching.

The holiday area at Saksil Strand is popular and developing positively. At the moment, new, beautiful summer cottages are being built, which will be a real fairytale with a short distance to water and green nature. This also means that you may sometimes hear noise from the nearby construction work. But of course that shouldn't stop you from enjoying your holiday.
