“Overall we enjoyed our stay, It was cozy and smaller than expected but we didn't mind. The pool was nice and refreshing and you have a slight view of the beach. Property was clean and maintained. Its a very short drive to the Lexington and the little shops, you could walk but our gang was against it due to all the walking at the Lexington. Also a Short drive to HEB. Only thing was it smelled like mildew and we had to go buy Air fresheners to place throughout the unit because we all had headaches……

“This home was a walk to Cole Park and easy access to ocean side. Abandoned and run down homes next door. For a house that sleeps 8, five plates seemed a bit under suppled. Fen ed yard was a plua for the pooch.”

“Had a funny smell. Remotes to both TVs were dirty and sticky. Outside balcony was a mess. Bedroom was very small and could not enjoy. Bed was very uncomfortable. I could only image how the bunk beds would feel or half size bunk beds may I say. Fan in bedroom kept making a clicking noise and was annoying to sleep with. Had to purchase our own bedding because the provided ones felt dirty. Bathroom was nice but small and felt claustrophobic. Ac stopped working the first night and woke up sweating……

“From the host , to the house and the lake. Everything was amazing and perfect. House was so clean and beautiful. My family had the best Easter there! Will be returning and recommending!”

“The place was clean and roomy and had everything we needed. Neighbor dog made having our dog not exactly worth the hassle or expense of the great backyard. The dog terrorized our dog with excessive barking so we couldn’t have him outside except to potty. Overall this place was great for a large family with kids.”

“All went well with our stay and location is not bad. We enjoyed walking our dog to the park that is down the street. There is construction underway behind the house, but we really never heard anything loud. Beds were comfortable, living room was cozy, and backyard was perfect for our furry friend. Host was nice and did check-in half way through our stay. I would recommend and rent again if available for our next visit.”

“Cute, clean, well equipped house. Close (walking distance) to many attraction and also great location for birding at Sunset Lake and daytrip to Rockport for great birding sites. 5 stars for coffee at sunrise!”
