"Good property. Nice pool. We got a family apartment. A lot of space, like 2 bedroom with kitchen. The only problem was air conditioner didn’t work in one room and it does look it was like this for a long time. They pretended that they will check it and fix it. The problem wasn’t resolved"

"Checked in for a night after the afronation festival. The room wasnt ready at check in, since they had a pretty big weekend. Nonetheless, hotel is very nice and great location. The room was quite beautiful. Breakfast was good, many options. There was a smell in our room for a bit, since they literally just cleaned the room but other than that it was good stay. There was a random unknown bug on the bathroom floor tho, so that was a bit weird. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, property was big."

Pestana Alvor Praia Beach & Golf Hotel

"This hotel is situated on an absolutely gorgeous beach. Lots of areas to explore right at your fingertips. Breakfast was excellent and service friendly. The only issue was AC. You have no control over it, and it shuts off whenever there is no movement in the room (ie. whenever you leave during the day or are asleep at night). During a heat wave this made sleeping very uncomfortable."
