「The property had everything we needed, including a hot tub. Family commented that this was the first place that we had stayed that there was no wait for the bathroom which is important when there are kids. We enjoyed the view and the trails around the rental. It was pet friendly and my dog enjoyed our hikes around the property as well. Host communicated and answered any inquiries promptly. Arkansas is a beautiful place to visit. My sister who was present calls it her "happy place." 」

「Very beautiful property with lots of great spots to choose from. I was car camping by myself and the host was more than happy to let me park near the guest facilities so I wouldnt have to make my late night bathroom trips in the dark. I was very surprised at how much was offered for guests (free use of washers &dryers, fridge/freezer, shower. Bathroom, etc.) Especially with how affordable the stay was. Definitely would reccomend!」

「The host was very responsive and friendly. The cottage was cute and clean. The large, unattractive sign advertising the cottage was an eye-sore but that didn't take much away from the appeal. What did detour us from wanting to stay there for any length of time is that it is right on a busy highway. We did walk down to the creek which was lovely. 」

「We had a quick one-night stay but I actually wish it had been longer! This property is so clean, cute, and well taken care of. It was easy to find.
