「This was a lovely and spacious home located in a beautiful peaceful setting. However, it is not accessible to individuals with mobility problems as there are steep steps to the entrance. Although the rose bushes are lovely at the top of railing of steps would recommend they be trimmed so that the rails can be used by guests who need them to assist with steps. 「This is just the cutest Craftsman-style bungalow primely located in the Avondale area of Birmingham. The lovely Avondale city park is directly across the tree-lined street. You will love the floors, large kitchen, cozy front porch and ample-sized bedrooms. The dart board in the study is a fun addition. We walked to all of our Avondale destinations. Can't wait to return to the area and to stay at this property again.」
