"The first room assigned did not have a lift to access. I had to pay extra 25 euros to get an upgrade for a nice family room.
25 extra is ok for a nice room. But who will book a room in a modern hotel of this class without a lift access in the first place?"
"Room is clean and big. Less than 10 mins walk to town centre. Not many choices in breakfast. Not 24 hours reception. For staying consecutive nights, you will have to ask if you need room cleaning."
